With the heat source removed, here the perfectly ground coffee is placed in to the water that is now a precise temperature of between185 to 195 F (between 85 to 90 C) and stirred minimally to ensure a soaking of the coffee grounds.
Leaving the brew for precisely 1 minute and 10 seconds, the plunger is then removed to allow gravity to act on the coffee brew, filtering it through back in to the lower chamber.
Serving the coffee immediately, wait for the brew to cool down slightly and coffee aficionados rave about the most perfectly complex cup of coffee they have ever experienced.
